Dear Telepan friends,

October 14th (Tuesday) Snowdance-Martinelli Festival Dinner
Marc Jaffe of Snowdance Farm will join us with some of his locally raised meats and the Martinellis will bring some of their famous wines for a dinner to remember!
Snowdance is a family-run farm located on 80 acres in the Catskill Park. They were founded with the simple goal of raising the finest quality meats possible, in a healthy, humane and natural setting. All of their animals are raised outdoors without the use of modern-day stimulants, artificial growth hormones or antibiotics and live their lives on natural green pasture that has not been chemically treated. With such a lifestyle, the meat produced is tastier, healthier and more nutritious. The result is not only a less stressed animal but also a far superior product. In short, at Snowdance, they try to bring you all of the good with none of the bad.
We will pair these meats with the wines of Martinelli from Russian River Valley in Sonoma. Best known for their range of Zinfandels from ancient vines, the winemaking team headed by Helen Turley creates an energetic variety of wines including single vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, one of the best Gewurztraminers outside of Alsace, and even a limited amount of Syrah and Sweet Muscat.
Reservations for this private room event will be taken for a 7pm seating only, and seats are limited. When making your reservation, please specify you are joining us for the Festival Dinner. $150 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
